Ann is a Taiwan native who has resided in Hawai‘i since 1999. She graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu, where she earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and has practiced as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2013.
Ann has provided mental health therapy services in a variety of settings, including adolescent residential treatment, women-specific residential treatment, and outpatient individual and family therapy. Ann takes a strength-based, person-centered approach to therapy and her professional interests have been working with women in recovery, and working with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She’s fluent in English, Taiwanese, and Mandarin Chinese.
Ann enjoys traveling and experiencing diverse cultures and traditions with her husband and her children. In her personal life, Ann aims to actively engage in the community to foster a common sense of belonging and kinship. She believes that contributing positively to others is just as important as achieving personal enlightenment.
