Janice Montgomery-Suber

DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Janice Montgomery-Suber DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career working in Intensive care and Emergency Department including Air Evaluation. Recognizing the increasing need for health care providers, Janice studied and became Family Nurse Practitioner. After working for over 10 years, the increased need for more accessible psychiatric care prompted her to pursue her certification as a PMHNP, with a Doctorate in Nursing practice (DNP). She embraces working with clients of all ages and various psychiatric conditions and needs. She is experienced in working with diverse clients and welcomes the opportunity to understand how each client’s unique life experiences have impacted their mental health and approach to mental wellness. She is passionate about partnering with clients to meet them where they are at and assisting them to establish and reach their own goals for mental wellbeing.

Janice served on active duty and reserves in the Air Force and has been associated with the military community for over 30 years. She has a special interest in working with veterans, active duty, and family members. She is also passionate about providing quality mental healthcare and appreciates the opportunity to provide care for those in need.

In her free time, Janice enjoys time with her family, crafting, traveling and life-long learning.
