Kari Welch

Kari is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with over 8 years of experience working in the field of behavioral health and substance use. Kari was born and raised in Wisconsin where she received her Bachelors of Social Work and Masters of Social Work from The University of Wisconsin. Her experience includes working with individuals in community-based treatment, acute psychiatric care, residential treatment, and those involved in the criminal justice system. Kari’s professional interests have been working with adults experiencing mood disorders, adjustment disorders, communication barriers, conflict, life transition, trauma, substance use, and life stressors. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, hiking, arts and crafts, reading, growing succulents, and spending time with loved ones.
