Kimberly Iese

Kimberly received her Master’s Degree, in Social Work, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She worked with children, for 6 years, in private therapy clinics, residential treatment facilities, and school settings.  Kimberly has lived in Hawaii for 13 years where she has worked in nursing homes, hospitals, and private therapy clinics.  She has experience working with the elderly and their families, people with chronic illness, students with a variety of issues, people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma.  Kimberly has been trained in EMDR therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  She believes that everyone is an expert on themselves who, from time-to-time, need help refocusing , recentering, and reclaiming their power to get back on their path.  She uses mindfulness to help people become more present in their lives and let go of worries for the future and the disappointments from the past.  Kimberly is passionate about guiding people on their journey to help them reach their full potential and desired outcomes. 


In her free time Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being involved in the arts.
