Linda Fong

Linda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience working with adults and families. Growing up in Oregon Linda has called Hawaii home for multiple decades and where she earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her experience includes a special interest in palliative care and bereavement with a focus on life transitional changes, coping, anxiety, adaptation, depression, grief and loss. Person centered and individualized solution-focused therapy is combined with goal setting, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices to provide the basis of care.
In her free time, she enjoys everything outdoors hiking, ocean swimming, camping along with yoga, photography, reading and travel to immerse in new cultures and meet new people.
