Aloha & thank you again for your interest in becoming a patient with Wellness Partners Hawai‘i!
Please carefully review the following information to ensure a smooth registration process.
If you have already completed self registration, please log back into your patient portal (http://wphintouch.insynchcs.com/) to complete assigned new patient paperwork and payment information (see Pre-Registration Guide pages 2 and 3). Please also review our Billing Notice.
If this is your first time pre-registering, please review the Pre-Registration Guide and the Billing Notice in tis entirety. Patient portal registration link is sent separately. All registration links expire after 72 hours. Please double check your spam/junk inbox.
All completed new patient paperwork, photo ID, insurance information, and payment information must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Photo ID and insurance information may be uploaded via the patient portal or email/texted back to the office (email@example.com 808.379.6656). Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment, with the option to reschedule to a later date.
Upon receiving and reviewing the required documents, we will then accept you as a new patient and confirm your appointment.
We utilize RingCentral for our tele-health visits. Per insurance requirements, our providers must be able to see you via video conferencing. Our provider Ringcentral accounts are secure , encrypted and compliant with HIPAA standards. Please review the RingCentral User Guide and make sure to download the Ringcentral application prior to your visit.

If you would like to join using a Desktop web browser:
1) You must use Google Chrome browser
2) Join from the web browser by clicking your provider's Personal Meeting ID and "Launch Meeting"
Use the Provider's Personal Meeting ID emailed to you to join the RingCentral Video call at your scheduled appointment time.
Your provider's Personal Meeting ID does not change. A complete list of our providers' Personal Meeting IDs can be found in the below link. Password to the page is emailed to you.
