Tania Lynch
MSN, MPH, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Tania Lynch, MSN, MPH, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career working in Emergency Psychiatry and in Emergency Departments, where she recognized a high need for quality and accessible psychiatric care for many individuals. This prompted her to pursue her certification as a PMHNP, and she embraces working with clients of all ages and various psychiatric conditions and needs. She has experience working with diverse clients, and welcomes the opportunity to understand how each client’s unique life experiences have impacted their mental health and approach to mental wellness. She is passionate about partnering with clients to meet them where they are at, and assisting clients to establish and reach their own goals for mental wellbeing.
Prior to becoming a nurse, Tania served on active duty in the Army and has been associated with the military community for over 20 years. She has a special interest in working with veterans, active duty and family members. She is also passionate about providing quality maternal mental healthcare and appreciates the opportunity to support women struggling with the spectrum of issues to include infertility, loss, pregnancy and postpartum struggles. She is currently a fellow with The Integrative Psychiatry Institute and is excited to provide education and insight on holistic approaches and resources, in conjunction with conventional psychiatric care.
In her free time, Tania enjoys time with her family, exploring nature, traveling to new places and is committed to life-long learning.
