AJA WALLACE
LMHC
Aja is a certified, trauma-informed mental health counselor who believes in the healing power of talking through life experiences. She practices with directness and transparency, offering person-centered, multimodal therapy to create space for her clients to process experiences, build insight, and move toward peace.

Aja has specialized experience supporting military families; survivors of trafficking and domestic violence; and youth and teens. Her international service as a missionary and in the Peace Corps informs her culturally responsive approach, and she is comfortable integrating Christian counseling for clients who desire it.

Whether for a handful of sessions or longer-term work, Aja believes that investing in ourselves deepens understanding of others, strengthens relationships, and enriches our overall life experience.
