A Benzodiazepine-Free Healing Environment
Wellness Partners Mental Health is a benzodiazepine-free clinic. We believe in a recovery-oriented model that fosters clarity, long-term emotional stability, and personal empowerment—without reliance on sedative medications. Our team utilizes evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed practices, and collaborative treatment planning to support clients experiencing anxiety, panic, and sleep disturbances. When appropriate, we may coordinate with external prescribing providers to support guidance on safe medication tapers and transitions. We are committed to creating a clear, sustainable path to healing—free from the fog of dependency.

Getting Started Is Easy
No referral is required. You may self-refer or be referred by a healthcare provider, school, employer, or employee assistance program (EAP).​

Insurance & Payment
We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including HMSA, UHA, HMAA, Medicare, Tricare, VA, and AlohaCare QUEST. Private pay options are also available. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits, including coverage, annual deductibles and copay/coinsurance for outpatient mental health care.
