The following resources are provided for you during your journey with us.

Zoom

  • We utilize Zoom for our tele-health visits. Per insurance requirements, our providers must be able to see you via video conferencing. Our provider Zoom accounts are secure , encrypted and compliant with HIPAA standards. Please make sure to download the Zoom application prior to your visit.

Personal Meeting IDs

  • Use the Provider's Personal Meeting ID emailed to you to join the Zoom Video call at your scheduled appointment time.
     

  • Your provider's Personal Meeting ID does not change. A complete list of our providers' Personal Meeting IDs can be found in the below link. Password to the page is emailed to you; if you need the password again please call/text our front office at 808.379.6656.

Secure Patient Portal

  • We use InSync's patient portal for forms and documents related to patient health information.  The portal also provides the ability to request/cancel appointments, online bill pay and direct messaging with your provider team.
