DONNA SHOCK
LCSW
Donna received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Alaska/Anchorage and a post- graduate certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Research Foundation. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Hawaii with over thirty years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to address depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and life stressors. Her approach to therapy is building a therapeutic alliance with a focus on creativity, empathy, and a down-to earth, authentic mindset. She believes walking the journey with someone to build on their strengths while respecting self-determination and celebrating resilience is an honor. She has a special interest in those who served in the military and their families and understands their unique strengths and challenges.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four adult children and their families, traveling, reading, beach activities, baking, gardening, and watching movies with her French Bulldog on her lap.
