DONNA SHOCK

LCSW

Donna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Hawaiʻi with more than 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and everyday stressors. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She has also completed a post-graduate certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies with the Trauma Research Foundation.

Donna’s approach centers on a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in creativity, empathy, and a down-to-earth, authentic mindset. She believes it’s an honor to walk alongside clients—building on their strengths, respecting self-determination, and celebrating resilience. Donna has a special interest in those who have served in the military and their families, and she understands the unique strengths and challenges they carry.

In her free time, Donna enjoys time with her husband, four adult children and their families, as well as traveling, reading, beach days, baking, gardening, and watching movies—often with her French Bulldog in her lap.
