KATHRYN YORT
LCSW
Kathryn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with children, youth, adults and families. Taking a holistic approach, she partners closely with parents and caregivers to create a collaborative, supportive environment that sets clients up for lasting success. Kathryn is dedicated to helping people reach their goals and strengthen the relationships that matter most.

Grounded in evidence-based care, Kathryn integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and mindfulness to help clients understand and reframe thoughts, regulate emotions, and build practical coping skills. She works from a strengths-based lens—highlighting each person’s inherent abilities and resilience—while offering tools that empower growth and well-being. Her goal is to provide a safe, encouraging space where clients can heal, develop confidence, and move forward with clarity.

Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys relaxing on the beach with her dogs and shoreline fishing.
