Sonya, with over 20 years of dedicated service in social work, including the past 14 as a Licensed Social Worker, is a seasoned professional. She specializes in guiding individuals through significant stressors, life transitions, and heavy experiences.
Her work has been with adults, children, and families facing abuse, domestic violence, trauma, relationship changes, chronic illness, and the challenges of grief, loss, and bereavement. Sonya also supports clients experiencing insomnia and other sleep difficulties, recognizing how closely rest, resilience, and overall well-being are connected.
Sonya's approach, which is rooted in a strengths-based perspective and Motivational Interviewing, fosters meaningful and sustainable change.
