Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 19 years of experience. Born and raised on Oʻahu, she earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Michelle is dedicated to helping people build confidence, reclaim their voice, and make positive changes—offering steady guidance through hardship toward healthier, more sustainable paths.
Michelle works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, chronic medical conditions, substance use, and serious mental illness. She draws on Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Strengths-Based Therapy to empower clients and support meaningful change.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling. She loves time with her family—watching football with her husband, cheering on their daughter at musical theatre lessons and their son on the baseball field—and caring for their five dogs.
