TARA JORDAN
LCSW
Tara, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her graduate degree at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, brings a wealth of experience from diverse counseling settings. She has supported clients across college counseling centers, community mental health, and K–12 schools. Tara's focus is on working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and attachment trauma, with a special interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients.
Grounded in evidence-based care, Tara blends psychodynamic, cognitive, and trauma-informed approaches. Her style is strengths-based and collaborative, and she brings warmth, humor, and creativity into each session. Tara believes we all have an innate capacity for change and growth—even when we may feel stuck. Therapy can help uncover unhelpful patterns and old narratives that keep us from living fully and authentically.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys hiking, bodyboarding, art projects, and traveling, which not only enriches her life but also provides her with a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of her clients' experiences.
